My husband and I sort of frequent this place now for breakfast. Their bagels are good, they'll pretty much accommodate most of your requests, my husband wants his bagels with scrambled eggs, no butter in the bagel...

Coffee is also good, but tends to run out quick. Staff has to stay on top of refilling the containers.

Terrible customer service.  Please do something about it.

One of the worst food establishment experiences of my entire life.

I ordered two bagels, one sandwich and one just with cream cheese.  After 45 MINUTES they realize that my order has been sitting ready on the counter for 20+ minutes. (Everytime I kept asking they said im next on the list, which clearly I wasnt, my food was already ready and they were too unorganized to realize that).  They never called a name, a woman just put it next to the register.  Another woman sees all of the orders and comes up saying "Why are all these sitting here?" She says all of the names and like a wave of relief tons of people grab their food.

So, after waiting all that time and expecting a cold bagel....they ONLY GAVE ME ONE OF MY BAGELS.  Absolutely terrible, no process, no communication, no attention to detail.

Everyone was nice, nobody was rude or unprofessional but this place has been open way too long to be functioning this disorganized.  Absolutely awful experience.

This place has good food. The service on the other hand is horrible will not be back.

We Tried 4 times over 6 months. Foods takes a long time, ran out of our sandwich meat after paying for it and waited 20 min. Last visit I ordered 2 bagels at 230pm with no one in the store and the cashier tried charging me $8. She couldn't even tell me off the top of her head how much one bagel cost at Steve's bagels or realize that was too much $.

My daughter just moved into an apartment not too far from here.  We needed a quick breakfast while unpacking so I looked on Yelp (of course) and found this place. We were very pleased and can't wait to come back.  I have recently become obsessed with sesame bagels which is weird since I hated them as a young person.  These bagels were perfect..... chewy and delightful with a crazy amount of sesame seeds.  Super good!  As seems to be the case in most bagel shops, the amount of cream cheese was ridiculous.... enough for two bagels. The service was pleasant and prompt.  The menu was extensive with good looking sandwich options and I look forward to trying more options.

I unfortunately had to lower my review. The food here is excellent, IF they get it right....buoy IF. Yesterday my sandwich had no cheese or salt and pepper which I asked for. I ordered an individual bagel and got plain instead of sesame. A man was in there also saying his order was wrong (he said it happens often, as did the other woman in the restaurant). My eggs are almost always cooked wrong and sometimes I've gotten the complete wrong order.
Now, yes, you will fix it, but when someone is already home and realizes the mistake we aren't going to go back out. PLEASE get your staff to take and read orders better. If I had another place to go besides Dunkin, I would. Will try again in a few months. This is so disappointing.
